Firstly, we do not have contracts so you may cancel at any time. If you cancel your membership it will expire on the same day of the following month in which you joined. Currently, we have 3 bays and a limited amount of Monthly Full Memberships available. Our memberships can be purchased directly on our website. After your first month of membership you will get a discount for renewing and for being auto-invoiced. We currently offer several additional discounts of 5% to veterans and first responders, as well as additional loyalty discounts at 12 (5%) and 24 (10%) months. If you cancel your membership you will lose all discounts. You may join again subject to availability. We have several memberships available. They all come with an access key and the ability to book and play 24/7. Once you become a member you will book under your member category on our tee times page. The main difference between our memberships is that Monthly Memberships will come with 1 (Birdie) or 2 (Eagle) hours of free daily play. Monthly Full Members can book their free daily play anytime. Other Monthly Members will have restricted hours for their free daily play. Hourly Members will pay for their bay time at a discounted rate (25% off the Public rate).
If you just joined and are more interested in the value of the free daily play our Monthly Members receive, you may drop us a line and we will help cancel your Hourly Membership. If you've booked some discounted rounds as an Hourly Member we can't cancel your membership, but we can help you suspend it while you are a Monthly Member.
We don't have contracts, so at this time, as we grow, we can accommodate up to two requests per year to suspend your Monthly Membership. We will always base this on the availability of our memberships, which is subject to change. You must request a suspension to your Monthly Membership before your renewal date and we will suspend the billing for a month. You will lose your free play during this month, but retain your renewal discount and your paid months of loyalty will continue to accrue towards the next discount level. We will not change your renewal date and the following month we will resume billing and your full benefits will be restored. After 2 suspensions you would forfeit your membership. We have a cap on how many Monthly Full Memberships we will sell in order for everyone to have ample access to tee times. Subject to that availability you can always begin another Monthly Full Membership, albeit without the loyalty renewal discounts you had accrued. Your Hourly Membership can ONLY be suspended if you also have a Monthly Membership and we will automatically do that for you if you hold both memberships.
Another benefit of our Monthly Membership is the same 25% discount off the public tee time rate that the Hourly Membership has, so if a Monthly Member wishes to play longer than their free daily play they may book and pay for more time under the Hourly Member category, but would be advised to pre-book/pay as booking is subject to availability. If you book your full tee time in this way, you will have 2 separate consecutive tee times for the same bay under the Full and Hourly member categories in you cart before you check out.
You will receive an email invoice on your renewal date. For Hourly Members, it is billed on an annual basis. For Monthly Full Members, it is billed monthly. You will receive a discounted rate on your Monthly billing for paying by auto invoice. You may save your card for auto billing or pay it by manually by entering your information after choosing the pay button. Monthly Full Members will have 7 days to renew their membership, but their invoicing date will remain the same. After 7 days, their membership will be cancelled and released to the 1st person on the backorder waitlist.
We don't charge for guests, whether you are a member or have booked as the public. We charge per bay and by the half hour. As a general rule, it will take 45 minutes to an hour for 1 person to play 18 holes. Each additional player can expect to add another 45 mins -1 hour, so please book your tee time accordingly.
No. All of our memberships are structured to offer excellent value and there are several loopholes that you may discover on you own that are still in the spirit of how our memberships are structured. As a member, you must be present with your guests.
Sharing of key fobs will be considered a violation of our membership rules and will cause you to lose your access credentials and forfeit your membership.
